Hi, I’m Marie — an integrative psychotherapist offering a compassionate space for people who are carrying more than they can manage alone.
You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, the echoes of past trauma, heartbreak, loss, or a sense of disconnection from yourself or others. Perhaps you’ve tried to “hold it all together” for too long, and now you’re ready to stop just surviving — and begin healing.
I work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional struggles, including PTSD, eating disorders, relationship issues, postnatal trauma, anger, grief, and anxiety. My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and grounded in deep listening. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership — not a fix, but a safe and supportive relationship where change becomes possible.
My path to becoming a therapist was shaped not just by academic training — a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Theology — but by lived experience. As a mother, I learned how vital it is to be attuned to another person’s inner world. That same attunement forms the heart of my work today. You don’t have to present a perfect version of yourself here. All of you is welcome.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of approaches depending on your unique needs. Whether you’re looking to explore childhood wounds, navigate a current crisis, or simply reconnect with who you are beneath the noise, I will meet you where you are.
Therapy is not about becoming someone else — it’s about coming home to yourself.
If you feel ready, I’m here to walk with you.
